Hands On Math & English
The children will learn Math Concepts using the hands-on approach and use of manipulatives. The materials used for the hands-on experiences allow children to manipulate them independently. The materials are systematically designed and used in a progressive manner while building on past concepts learnt. This programme stresses on the understanding of Math concepts via use of manipulatives, repetition and practice to help children grasp concepts faster and achieve better retention.
Our Hands-on English Programme aims to help Kindergarten 1 children develop a good foundation for the language. We use a whole language approach for the mastery of English. We help children to develop competencies in Listening, Speaking, Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension and Writing. Our lessons are developed based on children’s developmental level and interests. Fun activities such as rhymes and games are used in teaching grammar and comprehension.
