Upper secondary youths face challenges such as searching for career plans, changing roles and responsibilities, and communication issues. They might react to these challenges through adaptions of the fight, flight and freeze behaviour.

It is therefore necessary to intervene and support them with knowledge and skills in self-management, conflict resolution and building healthy interpersonal relationship, as well as, effective communication and influencing skills to join the workforce. These are essential skills that will empower them to develop their potential and maturity to cope with demands and challenges in their lives.
