Miss Amanda Teh
Amanda, a former Vice Principal of primary and secondary schools in Singapore, holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from National Institute of Education, Singapore and a Bachelor of Business Administration from National University of Singapore.
In 2009, she was awarded the Commendation Medal by Ministry of Education, Singapore; as an education officer who demonstrated efficiency, competency and devotion to duty for special performance under difficult circumstances. In 2011, she was also presented with the Long Service Award in recognition of her 20 years of service contributions to the education scene in Singapore.
An analytical and committed school leader, she contributed to strategic planning, curriculum advisory, selection and recruitment, training and development and appraisal of teachers and administrative staff. As an advisor to Parents Support Groups in the primary school for 7 years, she built long lasting relationships with parents and initiated many projects under the School Family Education Programme.
In her learning journey with Ministry of Education, Amanda had the privilege of visiting overseas schools to learn more about leadership, curriculum and good teaching practices in schools. Her application of knowledge and skills from such learning trips and her vast experiences in education has made her understand the complexity and dynamism of the changing landscape in Singapore’s education landscape better.
Amanda contributed to children education in overseas mission homes and village schools in Mae Sot and Myanmar through The Mapping’s enrichment programmes and financial literacy programme she taught there. In her personal time, she also tutors students under CDAC’s tuition programmes.

Ms Dong Ke, Curriculum Specialist (Chinese)
Dong Ke (董可) was a graduate of Beijing Normal University. She has 22 years of extensive research work in Chinese curriculum, for age groups from 3 to 18 years old as well as adults. She was also actively involved in training and assessment of teachers’ performance for educational institutions in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu and Si Chuan. In 2001, she was sent to University of Michigan, for a one-year attachment, under government sponsorship to understand best practices in University of Michigan.Her other specialization is in HR Management from Ren Min University of China. In her career as an educator and educational consultant in Beijing, she has worked with many public and private educational organisations. Her areas of specialization are recruitment, curriculum, training, development and assessment of educators and trainers. She was also involved in publishing of books and magazines for distribution in China. Since 2013, she has worked in Singapore as a Chinese curriculum specialist and educational consultant with The Mapping Pte Ltd.In her work as a curriculum specialist, she has also collaborated closely with many multinational corporations in China to provide opportunities for Chinese Learning for the adults so that foreigners will have deeper understanding of the Chinese culture and the intrinsic value in learning Chinese.She embraces the philosophy that learning should be fun and interactive. Most importantly, she strongly believes in values-based curriculum which promotes character development and using Chinese Language to enhance holistic development of the children. Her heart is also to reach out to the underprivileged and the poor through the accessibility of education.
Ms Sharon Lim , Corporate Communications Manager
Sharon is known to be an enthusiastic and pro-active individual who is capable of juggling between many different roles. With an impressive background of over 20 years in the service industry, Sharon is able to make use of her effective interpersonal skills to maintain long-term partnerships with her customers. Her experience as a flight attendant with United Airlines has allowed her to interact and work with people from all over the world. Sharon has also conducted training programmes in areas such as professional grooming, as she believes that it is important to upkeep a professional image regardless of one’s occupation. Sharon’s skills also include the planning, coordination and execution of events, as well as excellent administrative support to the senior management and middle management in an international company.As the Corporate Communications Manager with The Mapping, Sharon hopes to extend her expertise so as to serve and work closely with children, educators, clients, partners and her team to achieve the best outcomes for our children’s learning. She serves with much passion and commitment to ensure consistency and accountability of our programmes.

Our team consists of qualified teachers who have trained either locally or overseas in the areas of Speech & Drama, Language Arts or Education. They each have relevant experiences in preschools, primary schools or private language and enrichment centres. Dynamic and dedicated, they share a passion for teaching and helping children become confident holistic individuals.
